Welcome to Kitchen Minori !
★★Cooking classes are currently not available for reservations until the end of MAY 2025.
I was born and raised in Kyoto and my family has been running a food shop for about 80 years on a shopping street near my kitchen.
My house is a 90-year-old Japanese traditional Machiya town house.
I try to make the cooking class small because I would like people who visit me feel at ease and spend a happy time together.
Maximum number of participants is 4 to 6 people. Please make yourself at home in my house and let’s cook home-style Japanese dishes together!
Besides foods, I will introduce you some authentic seasonings as well.
Obanzai is the word for home cooking in Kyoto dialect and the recipes are passed down for generations.
I will let you know some simple but tasty and healthy obanzai, too.
